OAA – Our Company

OAA was formed by Oklahoma Business Insurors Agency, Oklahoma City in late 2000; and began as a Strategic Master Agency in central Oklahoma. Over the next three years, OAA acquired the entire state of Oklahoma; and we've successfully gained new members each year. Today, our membership has grown to 80 members; and collectively the group will write over $142 million in premium during 2011.

 During our first 10 years we have been recognized as the 28th largest personal insurance organization in the United States. Just recently, August 2011 the Insurance Journal ranked us as the 87th largest property and casualty agency in the USA. We're proud of our 31% compounded growth since our inception; and we owe a great deal to our valued members.

Our company is a proud member of  of the Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers of America and Trusted Choice® . We’re also members of the National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB), Greater Oklahoma City Chamber and The State Chamber . 

SIAA – Our Strategic Partner

As a member of Strategic Independent Agents Alliance (SIAA) we can offer our members nationwide service and a broad range of risk management services not available through the typical independent agency channel. Currently, there are over 3,500 agencies across the country. The SIAA group has a very aggressive plan to expand to over 4,500 independent agencies and write over $20 billion in insurance premium. On average, one new independent agency joins the SIAA alliance each business day!

SIAA utilizes its collective strength through traditional and alternative market channels for the purpose of providing insurance consumers competitive choices in addition to providing significant profit and equity appreciation opportunities for member agencies

Our Mission

Oklahoma Agents Alliance's mission is to establish a network of independent insurance agencies in Oklahoma and Arkansas owned in partnership with entrepreneurial spirited individuals. We offer local independent agents the ability to remain independent, gain new markets, generate additional income and receive profit sharing without having to sell, merge or cluster. Additionally, OAA provides direct "mentorship" for smaller agencies in all areas of agency development.

Oklahoma Agents Alliance is dedicated to the creation, retention and growth of the local independent agency in Oklahoma and Arkansas.
