Our Philosophy

Oklahoma Agents Alliance (OAA) is dedicated to the creation, retention, and growth of the independent insurance agency system through the implementation of a uniquely designed, multi-level partnering program. In addition to supporting the Independent Agency system, our unique structure allows us to offer insurance carriers and related vendors access to a large distribution network and to distribute their products and services at a reduced expense ratio due to our network involvement and sponsorship. In many such relationships, additional compensation opportunities are passed on to the Independent Strategic Member as they grow and their volume is combined throughout the network.

Quality Control

OAA follows a formalized, tried and tested "Quality Control Program". This program is in place to maximize earnings as well as agency participation in profit sharing, overrides and growth bonuses. OAA shares all profit sharing and excess compensation with its Agencies that produce profitable business. None of it starts until a prospective agency goes through an extensive appointment process to join the Network. Oklahoma Agents Alliance is not a “take all comers” program. We are looking for agencies that want to GROW and be PROFITABLE.
